How can I reach my coach outside of a coaching session?

Your coaching sessions are your time to connect with your coach directly. We encourage you to write down questions or observations you have in between sessions to discuss with your coach live.

If you need additional support in between sessions, please visit the Support Center in your Calibrate app:

  • Tap the Support tab
  • Search the FAQs by keyword or category
  • If you don’t see what you need in the FAQs, just send us a message and a member of the Coaching Team will get back to you
