How do Calibrate’s doctors take care of members? Is it entirely virtual?
Yes. Our programs are entirely digital using telemedicine to treat you safely and effectively. Calibrate doctor visits and accountability coaching sessions take place over video calls, and you can always reach our medical team in the Medical Channel in the app or the member experience team in the Support Channel in the app. That means you can access Calibrate from your home, or anywhere else you happen to be.
Your Calibrate medical team uses your lab results, daily tracking measurements, and health history to treat you. When you join Calibrate, you’ll complete a comprehensive health intake, including blood work, that our doctors will review before customizing your program. It’s important that you provide our medical team with accurate information in your assessment and in your telemedicine visits so our medical team can provide the best care.
