How do I update to the new app version?

To update your Calibrate app, simply open your app:

  • You’ll see a notification prompting you to update your app.
  • Select Update—no need to visit the App Store or Google Play—and the app will update automatically.
  • Tap Sign In to open the new Calibrate app.
  • You’ll be asked to verify your email. Please enter the email you used when you joined Calibrate.
  • You’ll receive an email to your inbox (or, check your spam folder if you don’t see it!). Select Sign In to let us know it’s you.
  • Your new Calibrate app will launch automatically and you’ll see a series of in-app messages that walk you through app improvements and prompt you to turn on notifications and sync your Calibrate app with Apple Health or Google Fit.
  • That’s it! You’ll then have full access to your new app.
