I’m experiencing app issues. What should I do and who do I contact?

As a first step, we'd recommend that you double check you're using the latest app version. The easiest way to do this is to visit your app store, search Calibrate and see if there is an update available. 

If that doesn't work, please try the following:

  • Quit your Calibrate app.
  • If that doesn’t work, log out of your Calibrate app and then log back in.
  • If the issue continues, delete the Calibrate app from your phone and download it again.
