Who Is Eligible to Join Calibrate

Calibrate is available to Compass Rose Health Plan members and their dependents who meet all of the following requirements:

• Are 18 years of age or older 
• Are enrolled in the company’s group health plan 
• Have a body mass index (BMI) of: 
• 30 or higher, or 
• 27 or higher with at least one related condition, such as prediabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, obstructive sleep apnea, or polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) 
• Are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant within the next two years 
• Do not have any of the following conditions: 
• Active substance use disorder 
• Diabetes 
• Active eating disorder (such as anorexia, bulimia, or binge eating) 
• Cancer 
• Bariatric surgery within the past 18 months 
• Active gallbladder disease 
• Pancreatitis within the past six months 
• History of medullary thyroid cancer (MEN syndrome) 
• Live in the United States
