What is the cancellation policy?

Calibrate’s Metabolic Reset requires a 3-month commitment because changing your biology and achieving lasting results takes time. 

Should you wish to cancel your membership the following applies.

• If you change your mind within 72 hours of purchase, you may cancel your Metabolic Reset and request a full refund for the amount you paid. Please email membership@joincalibrate.com to cancel.
• If you are deemed clinically ineligible for the Calibrate program, the 3-month commitment will be waived. 
• In all other cases, the Metabolic Reset is non-refundable, although after the 3-month commitment you may cancel your monthly membership at any time.  However our results report proves that after 12 months of consistency on our program, members lose an average of 16% of their body weight and learn how to keep it off. We strongly encourage our members to continue beyond the commitment period.
• If you wish to cancel, you must notify us 7 calendar days in advance of your next billing cycle.
• Finally, if you have not lost at least 10% of your body weight after your first 12 consecutive months on our Metabolic Reset, you may request a refund for 50% of your total amount paid. Read more about our Results Money Back Promise here.
