Calibrate is not for medical emergencies—you should call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room if you require urgent care.
Clinicians from our Medical Team are available to answer Calibrate-related medical questions during the course of your Metabolic Reset. Just send a Support Message via the app, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can during business hours.
Please note: At Calibrate, we use a team-based approach, so the responding clinician may not be the clinician you met with originally. This is to ensure you have the most efficient, high-quality, and seamless experience.
Be advised: If you experience any lapse in medication or missed doses, please reach out to the Medical Team before restarting the medication to ensure you're on the appropriate dose.
