How many times will I meet with a Calibrate doctor?

You'll meet with a Calibrate doctor for a 1:1 doctor visit when you start your Metabolic Reset and again towards the end of your first year. You’ll also fill out written Medical Check-Ins, managed digitally, at set points throughout your Metabolic Reset.
