What will my Calibrate exercise goals be?

As part of the One-Year Metabolic Reset, your exercise goals will be: 

  • Making incremental improvements, no matter where you’re starting
  • Making exercise a positive, joyful part of your life
  • Working up to 150 minutes of moderate activity per week—like mowing the lawn, brisk walking, or swimming

You and a member of your accountability coaching team will break down these goals into smaller, actionable steps in your 1:1 sessions. You’ll track your daily progress in the Calibrate app.
