What will my Calibrate exercise goals be?

As part of the One-Year Metabolic Reset, your exercise goals will be: 

  • Making exercise and movement a regular and positive part of the day 
  • Prioritizing 150 minutes of movement each week
  • Incorporating resistance training over time to improve metabolic health 

You and a member of your accountability coaching team will break down these goals into smaller, actionable steps in your 1:1 sessions. You’ll track your daily progress in the Calibrate app.
