What will my Calibrate sleep goals be?

As part of the One-Year Metabolic Reset your sleep goals will be: 

  • Developing a schedule to improve sleep quality and minimize cardiometabolic risk factors 
  • Getting 7-9 hours of restful sleep a night 

A member of your accountability coaching team will break down these goals into smaller, more actionable steps with you in your 1:1 video coaching sessions. You’ll track your progress daily in the Calibrate app.
