Cancellation Policy

Calibrate’s Program is non-refundable except as described in this Cancellation Policy, which is subject to the Membership Terms & Conditions. Please note that although you can cancel your membership in the Program at any time after the Initial Term, you are only eligible for a refund as set forth below. This Cancellation Policy does not apply if you signed up through an employer.

  • If you want to cancel your Program within 72 hours of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund for Membership Fees you paid. 
  • If you are deemed ineligible for the Calibrate program, at the discretion of Calibrate, the Practices, or Providers, Calibrate may terminate your Membership and you will not be required to complete the Initial Term (if applicable). You will not receive a refund for Membership Fees already paid.
  • In all other cases, the Membership Fees are non-refundable, although after the Initial Term you may cancel your monthly membership at any time.
  • If you have not lost at least 10% of your body weight after 12 consecutive months on the Calibrate program and you meet the criteria for our Results Money Back Promise, you may request a refund for 50% of the total amount paid over the 12 month period. Read more about our Results Money Back Promise here. The Results Money Back Promise does not apply to Continuing Members (as defined in the Membership Terms & Conditions).

If you purchased a Calibrate program prior to May 17, 2024 and are currently a member of that program, this Cancellation Policy does not apply. Your refund terms are available here.

Receiving a refund / Canceling your Program

Calibrate Programs are not refundable, except as outlined above. If you paid for your Program by credit or debit card, we will credit your refund to the card used for payment within 10 business days of Calibrate confirming you are refund eligible. Calibrate will notify you of whether you are eligible for a refund by responding to your request. 

If you wish to cancel your membership, you must notify us 7 calendar days prior to your next billing cycle. Unless you are deemed ineligible for the Program as described above, your cancellation will be effective as of the next billing date after the Initial Term. 

By accepting a refund, you are withdrawing from the program and terminating your provider patient relationship with the Providers.
