How to guarantee weight loss: How does the Calibrate Money Back Promise work? 

When you enroll in Calibrate, you're not just signing up for another diet or weight loss program; you're committing to a science-backed, holistic approach that addresses the root causes of overweight and obesity. 

The program integrates GLP-1 medications with lifestyle changes across the Four Pillars of Metabolic Health: food, exercise, sleep, and emotional health. Our comprehensive support system, including board-certified clinicians and accountability coaching, ensures that you have the tools you need to succeed.

Here’s what to expect from the Calibrate program: 

1. Check eligibility and enroll: Join the program and engage fully with the Calibrate curriculum, which includes appointments with the Calibrate clinical team, bi-weekly 1:1 virtual coaching sessions, and consistent use of the Calibrate app.
2. Follow the program: Utilize the GLP-1 medication prescribed by your Calibrate clinician, if clinically eligible, and actively participate in the personalized coaching sessions designed to help you implement sustainable lifestyle changes. Stick to the Calibrate Commitment, outlined below.
3. Achieve results: If you follow the program for 12 months and do not lose at least 10% of your starting body weight, you may be eligible for a refund.

Our 3-month penalty-free cancellation policy

The majority of Calibrate members start to experience weight loss and notice other health improvements within their first three months. However, we recognize that everyone’s circumstances—and biology—are different. That’s why, in addition to our Results Money Back Promise, we have built in some flexibility to our cancellation policy: 

If you find that Calibrate isn’t working for you after a minimum 3-month commitment, you may cancel your membership penalty-free (see terms).

The Commitment can be broken down into these four key areas:

1. Medical guidance: Attend all your provider appointments, complete check-ins, and perform labs as requested by your provider.
2. Tracking: Daily tracking of your weight, "red foods," and curriculum-related goals helps you see patterns over time. Monitoring weight is a proven tool for weight loss, while tracking red foods offers insights into how your eating habits affect your metabolic health. Curriculum-related goals help in building lasting habits.
3. Curriculum: Engage with and follow the content lessons provided.
4. Coaching: Regularly attend sessions with your coaching team.
